Kevin Costner’s Ex Christine Baumgartner and Fiance Josh Connor List Their Homes for Sale
Kevin Costner’s ex-wife, Christine Baumgartner, and her fiancé, Josh Connor, are making moves by putting their individual California homes on the market.
Baumgartner, 50, who was renting a house in Santa Barbara for $40,000 per month during her divorce from Costner, 70, in 2023, has now listed the property for $45,000 a month. The luxurious one-acre home features a wood-burning fireplace, French doors leading to a patio, pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, bocce court, and guest house.
On the other hand, Connor is selling his five-bedroom property in Montecito for just over $7 million. This exclusive home boasts A-list amenities like a double-sided fireplace, spa, and lounge area, close to celebrity hotspots like the Coral Casino Beach and Cabana Club and the Rosewood Miramar Hotel.
Baumgartner and Connor’s decision to sell their homes comes shortly after reports of their engagement. The two were first linked in 2023 around the time of Baumgartner’s divorce from Costner. After 20 years of marriage with Costner and sharing three children, Baumgartner filed for divorce in May 2023, citing irreconcilable differences.
Costner, who questioned Baumgartner’s fidelity during the divorce proceedings, has since played coy about her relationship with Connor. Despite the challenges of the breakup, he remains focused on moving forward for the sake of his children.
As Baumgartner and Connor embark on this new chapter in their lives, their decisions to sell their homes signal a fresh start as they look towards the future.
