GG Gharachedaghi Faces Restraining Order Filed by Mike Shouhed’s Ex

Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi Allegedly Faces Temporary Restraining Order After Assault Accusations

The ex-fiancée of “Shahs of Sunset” star Mike Shouhed, Paulina Ben-Cohen, has reportedly filed a temporary restraining order against Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi following allegations of assault in a Los Angeles shopping mall on February 28.

Legal documents obtained by People revealed Ben-Cohen’s claims that Gharachedaghi, 43, approached her from behind while shopping at a Bloomingdale’s outlet, forcing her to leave the store for a private conversation away from cameras. Ben-Cohen, who dated Shouhed during the show’s eighth season in 2020 and got engaged to him in August 2021, accused Gharachedaghi of making derogatory remarks and threats during the altercation.

Us Weekly reached out to both parties for comment on the matter.

The alleged incident also involved Ben-Cohen seeking assistance from a security guard present at the shopping mall. Feeling threatened, she called 911 to file a police report and was subsequently advised to request a temporary restraining order against Gharachedaghi.

The reported restraining order mandates a 100-yard distance between Gharachedaghi and Ben-Cohen as well as her two children from a previous marriage to Tal Bahari. The exact end date of Shouhed and Ben-Cohen’s engagement remains unclear, but it is known that the couple has a tumultuous history, with Ben-Cohen previously suing Shouhed in March 2024 over a separate 2022 domestic violence incident.

In March 2022, Shouhed was arrested in connection with a domestic violence incident, although the victim was not disclosed at the time. Following the arrest, Shouhed’s attorney, Alex Kessel, denied any wrongdoing on his client’s part.

The “Shahs of Sunset” alum has been embroiled in legal troubles, with Ben-Cohen now adding to the ongoing saga with her allegations against Gharachedaghi. As the situation unfolds, the public awaits further developments in this high-profile case.
